Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 lb ground beef
1 cup mild salsa
1/2 cup warm water
1 can (10 oz.) refried beans
1 pkg dry burrito seasoning
1 pkg (10 count) floured tortillas shells
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
1 pkg (16 oz.) Velveeta Shredded Cheese

Fry ground beef and drain. Mix with salsa, water, refried beans and burrito seasoning. Put a thin layer in a 9 by 13 pan.

Put rest of ground beef mixture on the floured shells and roll up and place in the pan. Mix soup, sour cream and milk and stir. Pour this over the burritos. Cover with foil.

Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes. Last 10 minutes sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven until melted.
