Toast muffins or bagels. In a medium skillet combine cheeses, milk, and pepper. Cook and stir over medium heat till cheeses melt.
Break 1 egg into a cup. Carefully slide egg into cheese mixture. Repeat with remaining eggs. Cover, cook over medium-low heat for 3 to 5 minutes or to desired doneness.
Top each muffin or bagel half with an egg. Stir cheese mixture with a wire whisk. Spoon over eggs.
