1 can cream of mushroom soup mixed with 1 can of water
1/2 package onion soup mix (dry)

Brown pork chops on stove while slicing potatoes.
Layer potatoes in 9x13 baking pan. Cover with chops. Mix together soup, water, and onion soup mix. Pour over chops.
Bake in 350°F oven until potatoes are tender, about 1 hour. Cover with shredded cheese and allow to cook until cheese is melted. Serve with a green vegetable.
