Heat oil and saute the onions till they turn golden brown. Add the chopped ginger, chili and saute for a minute. Add the tomatoes and saute till oil floats on top. Also add the spices and salt. Add the Boca Ground Crumbles and saute for 5 minutes. Mix in the chopped cilantro; reserve some for the garnishing. Cool the mixture.
Mix in the beaten eggs (keep aside a little for the top layer) and macaroni. Spread the remaining beaten egg and sprinkle some more of the spice powders and some cilantro.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve with warm French bread.
