Original recipe yields 1 serving
2-1/4 cups water
1-1/4 cups brown rice
1/2 cup frozen vegetables (use favorite)
Lite seasoning to taste

Medium saucepan with cover; use vegetable spray to start. Add water and rice and heat to rolling boil.

Then remove cover and lower flame and heat to simmer 45 minutes or until all moisture is absorbed.

Then add frozen veggies, keep flame or heat very low and cover for about 30 minutes. Remove from heat or flame and serve with meal.
