1 box (8 oz.) Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, cut into half inch squares
1 cup diced onion (optional)
1/4 cup milk

In a baking dish, layer potatoes, cheese, cream cheese and onions.
Pour milk in, salt and pepper or season to your liking.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 min or until Velveeta is melted. Stir mixture and serve.
