Spray frying pan with fat free olive oil and bring to medium temperature. Spray one side of sandwich with fat free olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt.
Place sprayed side down in skillet and cook until brown (do not press). Spray top side of sandwich with fat free olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt. Cook both sides evenly. The cheese will melt perfectly and the outside of the sandwich will be lightly crunchy.
