Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees F. If using round cake pans bake for about 20 minutes; in an oblong pan bake for 30 minutes.
Let cool then frost.
Mix dry pudding and pineapple together. Add Cool Whip. Store frosted cake in refrigerator.
