Original recipe yields 1 serving
Crust
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
Filling
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup Williams-Sonoma Cranberry Relish
Icing
Juice and graded zest of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon butter
1 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup chopped pecans, toasted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 13" x 9" pan. Combine brown sugar, butter and flour. Pat mixture evenly into prepared pan. Bake until golden, 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine all filling ingredients and blend well. Pour over cooked crust. Reduce heat to 325 degrees F and bake for 20 minutes. Cool for 1 hour.

For icing, beat lemon juice, zest, butter and sugar until smooth. Spread over cranberry bars and sprinkle with pecans. Cut into squares.
