Mix butter, cream cheese, flour and egg yolks. Roll into large marble size balls (approx. 65 - 70) and refrigerate overnight.
Roll out flat, about 6 at a time. Keep others in refrigerator while you work. Put about 1/2 teaspoon preserve in center of rolled out dough, fold over and seal.
Bake in moderate oven (350°F) 15 minutes. Dust completely with powdered sugar when cool. Do not double recipe.
