In the morning I marinate the breasts, then put in ice box.

At about 3 PM take out of fridge and bring to room temperature. Add salt and pepper and drizzle a little olive oil over both breasts.

When you are ready to cook them, make SURE that the frying pan is VERY HOT. Place breasts in hot pan and make sure that one side is brown before turning them. It takes about 5 minutes on each side, depending on the heat of the pan.

I serve with a pasta mix with several veggies that are in season.
