1 pkg (12 oz.) angel hair pasta, cook according to directions
1 large onion, chopped
4-6 cloves garlic, slivered
1 can (29 oz.) diced tomatoes

Let's Make It
In a Dutch oven or large heavy saucepan, fry bacon in hot olive oil until crisp. In the meantime in a large pot cook pasta in salted water according to directions, drain and return pasta to pot.
Once bacon is crisp, add chopped onion and brown; once onion is browned; add garlic, saute for approx. 3 minutes, stirring frequently until garlic is browned, do not allow garlic to burn.
Add diced tomatoes; mix well. Immediately pour mixture over pasta, toss to coat evenly. Enjoy!
