1 container (16 oz.) cottage cheese
1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
3/4 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese, grated
7 oz canned green chiles, drained
1 cup egg substitute
1/2 cup cooked chopped ham, or cooked bulk breakfast sausage (optional)
3 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients together.

Pour into a 9 inch pie plate, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let rest ten minutes before slicing.
