Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla and salt again using mixer beat ingredients until well combined. In a small bowl add together flour, baking soda and baking powder. Add to creamed mixture mixing on low speed until well mixed. Add in chips mixing by hand.
Line jelly roll pan with parchment paper. Scoop dough into a heap a little larger than a golf ball indent lightly with finger.
Bake 9-11 minutes. Cool on rack after cookies have cooled slightly in pan.
