Beat eggs with milk, vanilla and cinnamon in a shallow bowl until well blended. Cut bread slices into 4 strips each. Dip bread slices into the egg mixture, and then dip into the cereal, turning to evenly coat both sides. Gently press cereal into bread to secure.
Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
