Mix broth, preserves, onion and mustard in slow cooker. Add pork and turn to coat.
Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours or until done.
(Optional) After cooking pork, remove from cooker. Mix cornstarch and water and stir into cooker. Cover and cook on high for 10 minutes or until mixture boils and thickens. This will make a thicker sauce.
