Original recipe yields 1 serving
Pressure Cooker Recipe
2 pounds hamburger
1 chopped onion
3 eggs
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 tsp parsley flakes
3 cloves crushed garlic
Oregano, salt, and pepper to your taste (not too much)
To cook:
2 Tablespoons Crisco
Flour

Mix all ingredients together. Make meatballs the size to suit you depending on how many you plan to serve.

In 6 quart pressure cooker melt 2 tablespoons Crisco. Dip meatballs in flour and brown. Remove from pan as you cook them.

When all meatballs are cooked make gravy in pan (gravy should be thin). Add meatballs back to pan and pressure cook 15 minutes at 15 pounds pressure.
