4 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 can pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Frosting
3 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup soft margarine
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Mix together eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin. Measure dry ingredients and whisk together (my version of sifting). Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well with a mixer.

Bake in a greased 10 x 15 pan at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until cake tester is clean. Cool.

Mix all ingredients together and spread on completely cooled bars.
