Crumble the angel food cake and mix with large tub Cool Whip. Spoon into 9x13-inch dish.
Mix together cream cheese, vanilla, powdered sugar, and small tub of Cool Whip. Layer over 1st layer.
Mix together water, sugar, and cornstarch. Heat over medium heat until thick and clear in color. Let boil 2 minutes. Add Jell-O and stir until dissolved. Cool slightly. Mix with sliced strawberries and pour over mixture in baking dish. Chill and serve.
