Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 packet 2 minute noodles - chicken flavor (cooked minus flavor sachet)
1 spring onion, chopped
1 red or green pepper, chopped
1/2 packet mung beans
1 ham steak, cubed
1 celery stalk, sliced
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons oil
1 chicken flavor sachet (from noodle packet)

After you have cooked noodles well (minus flavor sachet), drain and run cold water over. Leave to sit until cold. Add spring onion, pepper, mung beans, ham steak & celery; combine.

In a jug put vinegar, oil and chicken flavor sachets, mix until well combined. Pour over noodle mixture.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes, serve. Will keep in the refrigerator for about a week. (Make sure you stir it before serving.)
