Butter Fried Fries

4 handfuls shoe string fries
Seasoned salt
5 Tbsp butter
Parsley

Let's Make It

Place fries into a bowl. Season with seasoned salt.

Melt butter into a frying pan. Do not let the butter brown. Place the fries in as soon all the butter is in the pan and let cook. Cook fries until done.

When fries are done, strain, then sprinkle parsley on top. Place in the oven for 3 minutes and serve.
