Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 cup black raisins
1/2 cup golden raisins
1-2 cups water
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp water
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp lemon juice

Place raisins in a saucepan and cover with water (about 1 inch above raisins) and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

In a separate bowl, combine cornstarch and 1 Tbsp. water.

Mix cornstarch mixture, sugar, and lemon juice with the raisins. Stir about 5 minutes, until sauce is thick and shiny.
