2 Tablespoons vinegar
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/3 cup oil
Salt & pepper
2 - 4 salmon steaks
French bread crumbs

Mix vinegar, sugar, mustards, oil, salt and pepper.

Cover salmon with about 1-2 tablespoons of mustard sauce. Press bread crumbs into the salmon.

Bake at 375°F for about 18 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
