Wash chicken and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients in Ziploc bag large enough to hold your chicken. Add the chicken and marinate overnight in fridge turning chicken occasionally to coat evenly.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Put chicken on vertical roasting cone that has been set in a baking pan (an empty pop can can be substituted). Let marinade drip into baking dish and add 1/2 cup water to baking dish.
Bake 1 hour or till drumstick moves easily in your fingers.
