Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion
1 Tbsp parsley
1 Tbsp basil
1 Tbsp salt
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
1 lrg carton cottage cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 pkg frozen lasagna noodles
2 cups mozzarella cheese

Brown ground beef, onion, parsley, basil, and salt. Combine tomato sauce and tomato paste to mixture. In a bowl combine cottage cheese, eggs, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese.

Begin by layering noodles in bottom of 13x9 inch pan then add layer of cottage cheese mixture followed by meat mixture repeat until pan is full. Add mozzarella cheese to top of lasagna.

Place in oven at 350 degrees F for approx. 1 hour. Allow to cool for 15 minutes after you take it out of the oven.
