Peel, wash, and cut potatoes into desired size for potatoes salad. Place in pot of water to cook until they slid off knife a little. While potatoes are cooking, rinse and place eggs into another pot of water and boil the eggs for 7 minutes. In small bowl, mix mayo and ranch dressing together and then add milk until creamy. You may add another pkg. of dressing if you want a stronger flavor.
Peel and cut onion into small sizes, and place in a large bowl that you will serve potato salad in. Add pickle relish to the large bowl and set aside. Drain the potatoes and eggs when done, and set potatoes aside to cool some. Peel potatoes and cut eggs into small pieces and place the egg and potatoes into the large bowl with the pickle mixture. Pour dressing over the salad and mix well.
Let refrigerate for a couple of hours, and serve with your favorite meal. This will have them asking for more.
