Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb (16 oz.) Velveeta
1 can (10 oz.) Ro*Tel or 1 cup salsa
1 bag tortilla chips
Some black olives (optional)
1/2 of a lime's juice (optional)

Let's Make It

Warm a pot on medium heat. Cut the Velveeta into chunks while putting the pieces in the pot to melt. Make sure not to burn the cheese, so keep on stirring.

When most of the cheese is melted add 1/2 of the Ro*Tel to the dip, stir until well blended. Add the rest of the Ro*Tel and mix until well blended and all of the cheese is melted.

Serve with tortilla chips. Optional- before you serve add black olives and lime juice to the dip.
