Cook ground beef, onion, green pepper, and garlic in skillet until meat is done. Drain grease. Add sauce.
While cooking the meat, place noodle in boiling water. Cook until just starting to soften. Drain water and add to meat mixture.
If your pan is oven safe, top mixture with cheese and cook at 350 degrees F until cheese is golden, about 15 minutes. If your pan is not oven safe, place into casserole dish and top with cheese. Follow same directions.
