1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast fillet, cubed
Marinate sauce:
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 shallot or 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 Tbsp salt
Dry ingredients:
1 cup all purposes flour
1/2 cup rice flour
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
Vegetable oil

1. Marinate chicken for an hour.

2. Mix all dry ingredients. Cover chicken with dry ingredients.

3. Pour vegetable oil into medium skillet on medium-heat. Cook chicken until cooked through and it turns brown. Set aside, and rest it until the oil is gone.
