Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 pkg pre-seasoned pork sausage
6 eggs, separated
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
6 slices white bread, cubed
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Brown, drain and cool sausage. Beat egg whites until fluffy. Add milk, salt, mustard, bread & yolks. Fold in cheese and sausage.

Pour into 9 x 12 dish. Cover & refrigerate overnight.

Bake uncovered 350°F for 45 minutes. Let set 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy.
