First, place rice into a skillet, and then pour the tomato sauce into the rice. Then fill the tomato sauce cans with water and pour the water into the rice. Season to taste with garlic and salt & pepper.
Cook until the water is gone and the rice is done.
Finally, pour picante sauce into the rice to taste.
