Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat bottom of 13x9 pan with olive oil. Pound chicken breasts until about 3/4 inch thick and add to pan.
Microwave cream cheese until soft, and then mix with garlic and cumin. Spread each chicken breast evenly with cream cheese mixture. Pour salsa over the mixture then sprinkle with crushed tortilla chips.
Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken reaches 180 degrees F.
