3 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese - room temperature (I use light or fat-free)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup Confectioners' sugar (I sift mine)
8 oz Cool Whip
3 Tbsp milk
1 tsp pure vanilla
1 Oreo Crumb or chocolate crumb pie shell

Let's Make It
Mix together in a large mixing bowl, softened cream cheese with peanut butter with mixer on medium speed until mixed some. Then slowly add confectioners' sugar while still mixing. Use a spatula to keep it off the sides. Add Cool Whip, milk and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
Pour into pie shell.
Refrigerate at least 2 - 2 1/2 hrs. or freeze. Cuts better when lightly frozen.
