PIE FILLING
5 pkg (8 oz. each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, room temperature
1 1/3 cups sugar
2 teaspoon s vanilla
4 teaspoon s lemon juice
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons flour
3 eggs

Leave cream cheese out of fridge for at least 1 hour to soften to room temp. Preheat oven to 500°F. Put cream cheese into large mixing bowl and mix with electric mixer until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla and lemon juice in bowl and mix till all combined. Add in sour cream, flour and eggs and mix on low speed until combined.

Pour cream cheese filling into pan.

Bake at 500°F for 10 minutes (premade crust from store works great). Reduce heat to 350°F and bake for 30 min to 35 min or until center is firm. Cover and cool in fridge overnight.
