Original recipe yields 1 serving
12 teaspoon s plus 2 Tbsp. Kahlua Coffee Flavored Liqueur, divided
18 soft ladyfingers
1 container (8 ounce) mascarpone cheese, softened
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
3 container s (4 ounce each) refrigerated prepared vanilla pudding
6 tsp frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed

Line 6 (1 cup) glass custard cups with plastic wrap. Spoon the 2 Tbsp. of Kahlua into each cup. Soak 3 ladyfingers in each cup turning to coat both sides. Arrange ladyfingers around sides of cups. Set aside.

In a large bowl whisk mascarpone cheese, sugar and remaining 2 Tbsp. of Kahlua until smooth. Whisk in pudding. Divide pudding mixture equally among prepared cups. Cover tightly and refrigerate about 30 min. or up to 1 day.

Uncover cups and invert onto plates. Remove plastic wrap. Top with whipped topping and sprinkle with cocoa powder just before serving.
