What You Need

Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 lb ground beef
1 med -large white onion, chopped very very very finely
1 large egg
1 cup whole milk
3 1/2 cups Kraft Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
Topping (mix together)
1 cup ketchup
1 Tbsp mustard
1/2 brown sugar

Combine all ingredients and form into 1 large loaf or 2 smaller (the larger one seems to taste better).

Put in 9 x 13 casserole dish.

Cook at 350°F for 1 hour. Take out and put topping combo on top and put back in oven for 5 minutes. Remove loaf from casserole dish and place on platter, cover with tin foil and let rest for 10 minutes.
