Add powdered sugar into large bowl. Add milk and then add vanilla or mint extract. Then add two drops of food coloring (or until full color is desired).
Hand mix until solid. If too soft add more milk, if too liquidity add more sugar.
Break 1-inch pieces off of dough and roll them up into little balls. Cut 2 1/2 inch plastic wrap into squares. Place candy in the middle, fold and roll the candy until it looks like a tootsie roll. Voila, you have your own homemade candy!!
