Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray the grease lightly inside the muffin pan. Open the buttermilk biscuit dough and take out as many as you want.
Make them flat to fit it nicely into the muffin pan. Then crack one egg inside each one.
Leave in oven for about 15-20 minutes or so. Check every so often.
