Mix chicken, crumbs, 1/4 cup scallions, salt & pepper and minced garlic. Form into 32 meatballs.
Heat oil in pan and cook meatballs over med-high heat until golden. Remove to plate. Add mushrooms to skillet and saute for 3 minutes until golden brown.
Stir gravy and meatballs into skillet, cover and simmer for a few minutes stirring occasionally. Off heat stir in sour cream and scallions.
