Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 sticks oleo, softened
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 cups apple sauce
2 cups white (golden) raisins
2 cups chopped pecans

Cream oleo, sugar, and eggs. In a separate bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, cloves, and salt together. Set aside 2 Tbsp. of the flour mixture and mix the remaining with creamed mix.

Heat apple sauce with 2 tsp. baking soda. Add to mix. Mix pecans and raisins in 2 Tbsp. flour mix. Add all ingredients together and mix well.

Spray tube pan with Bakers Joy. Pour batter into tube pan.

Bake 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 225°F. Let cool before removing from pan.
