Original recipe yields 1 serving
6 chicken breasts
Olive oil
Butter
Salt & pepper
4 jars (16 oz. each) medium or hot salsa
2 package s (12 oz. each) Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Rice (optional)

In a plastic bag flatten breast slightly. Add small amount of olive oil and butter to a large skillet. Salt and pepper breast. Brown in skillet. Remove browned breast and set aside.

Wipe skillet dry with paper towels. Add 2 jars of Kraft Salsa to the skillet. Place the browned breast into the salsa and pour the other 2 jars of salsa over the browned breast. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Then add both packages of Kraft Mozzarella Cheese over the top of ingredients. Cover and continue until cheese is melted. Serve with rice (optional).
