Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 big bunch cilantro, leaves separated, washed and finely chopped
5-6 big long green chiles, washed and chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp curry powder
10 Tbsp chick pea flour
1 cup yogurt
1 Tbsp cooking oil
For tempering:
1 Tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp mustard seeds

Mix everything together. Spread it in a microwaveable casserole. If you think the mixture is dry, add more yogurt. Mixture should be like very thick batter.

Microwave on high for 8 minutes. Cool for 3 minutes and check with the toothpick for doneness. If it comes out clean, it is done. If the mixture sticks on the toothpick, cook for a few more minutes. Once it cools down completely, make bite size pieces.

Heat cooking oil for tempering. Add mustard seeds. When they start to crackle, turn off the heat and pour over the pieces. Serve hot.
