1 loaf French bread, sliced in two length ways
2-3 garlic pods
1 large tomato, chopped
1 cup chopped cilantro
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Slice bread in half length ways. Toast in broiler.

After toasting, rub garlic on the toasted side of each. Top with chopped tomato and cilantro.
