Mix cream cheese, 1/2 of the Cool Whip, 2 Tbsp. milk and powdered sugar. Layer in pan
Mix pudding with 2 2/3 cups of milk. Layer in pan.
Layer rest of Cool Whip and top with cookie crumbs. Refrigerate until well chilled.
