2 large jalapenos (without seeds unless you like it hot)
1/2 large red onion
12 Roma tomatoes (with seeds)
4 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
2 limes (juiced)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 large bag Tostitos tortilla chips

Let's Make It
Wash all vegetables. Take the seeds out of the bell peppers and jalapenos. Chop the bell peppers, jalapenos, onion and tomatoes. Put into bowl.
Chop cilantro and add to vegetables. Add the juice of the limes, salt and pepper.
Stir and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
