Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 lb lean ground beef
2 packs Taco Bell Taco Seasoning Mix
1 small onion, chopped
Jalapenos to taste
Black olives, sliced
Kraft shredded cheddar cheese
Kraft shredded jack cheese
1 tub (16 oz.) Breakstone's Sour Cream
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomatoes if you like
1 bunch cilantro, chopped or scissor cut
Any kind of taco sauce or salsa you desire
1 box taco shells or fry up your own (I cook up a dozen to dozen and a half)

Brown ground beef and drain if needed. Add taco seasoning mix and cook according to directions. Let simmer.

Next, cut up all other ingredients and set aside. Chop cilantro and add to meat mixture. This will season meat more with taco mix. Add chopped onion to meat mixture now also.

Now cook your shells according to box directions.
