In a medium size bowl put: avocado cut in bite size pieces, tomatoes cut into bite size pieces, chopped onion, fresh chopped cilantro to taste, and minced garlic. Salt all to taste.
Cut lemon in half and squeeze the juice over all. If you like a bite to your salad add the jalapenos chopped small.
Eat plain with crackers or as a side dish to a Mexican dinner.
