Cut the avocados and place in a bowl. Then finely chop the cilantro and put in the bowl.
Then cut in half the lemon and squeeze the lemon to get the juice out into the bowl. Then add olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Stir all the ingredients together and if you like put inside the refrigerator and serve cold as a salad.
