1 medium bell pepper
2 cups water
2 cups Minute Rice
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp season salt
1 can tomato sauce

Brown ground beef and drain. Chop onion and bell pepper.

Combine all ingredients in a large skillet. Bring to a boil, let boil 5 min.

Remove from heat, cover and let stand for about 10 minutes. Stir and serve.
