Chop onion and tomato. Fry rice, onion and tomato in saucepan, till rice is lightly toasted.
Add water add tomato sauce and chicken bouillon and stir until bouillon is dissolved.
Cover, reduce to a medium heat and wait until the water is completely absorbed...then enjoy.
